Our Terms of Sale
When you purchase a Scan2CAD license you will automatically create a Scan2CAD account (if you do not already have one). Your account can be accessed at any time via the My Account page.
Immediately after purchase, your license and software download link can be accessed via your Scan2CAD account.
An account can only be created for the billing email address given at checkout. The software license is not locked to the billing user’s details.
When you purchase Scan2CAD you automatically start a paid subscription. This subscription starts at the time and date of purchase. You can choose your subscription period to be billed monthly or annually.
Billing will automatically recur at the end of your chosen subscription period (with the card details used in your initial purchase) until you choose to cancel your subscription.
You can choose to update your card details or edit your subscription at any time in your Scan2CAD Account.
If you wish to cancel your subscription you must cancel by choosing the cancellation option in your subscription in your Scan2CAD Account.
After canceling your subscription you will not be billed again.
Integration Partners are approved companies granted extra rights over the use and distribution of Scan2CAD, as outlined in the Terms of Sale and EULA.
As an Integration Partner, you are required to pay an Introduction Fee and an annual Membership Fee. These fees must be received in full prior to integration, activation, or resell of Scan2CAD. The Membership starts at the time and date of purchase.
Billing will automatically recur at the end of the Membership period until you choose to cancel your membership. If you have paid via credit/debit card your details will be saved for future recurring payments.
You can choose to update your payment details edit / cancel your Membership at any time in your Scan2CAD Account.
As a UK company, we must charge VAT to companies within the UK (currently set at 20%).
Companies within the European Union are also eligible to be charged VAT at the same rate unless the company provides a valid VAT number. This number can be entered at checkout to automatically zero-rate their VAT charge. Thereafter it is the purchasing company’s responsibility to appropriately file VAT charges as required in their country.
A PDF sales VAT receipt/invoice will be delivered via email after purchase. You can also view your receipts in your Scan2CAD account.
These invoices are always delivered to the billing email address given at checkout.
Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Refunds or returns are not offered.
We would always recommend that a user evaluates Scan2CAD before purchase using the free fully functioning trial version.
This will allow you to see how Scan2CAD meets your requirements and its compatibility with your system(s) without any commitment.
