New: Support for activating via a proxy server

Some users reported that they were unable to activate their Scan2CAD free trial because connections to the Scan2CAD server were being blocked.

We found this was due to environments in which all outbound connections were via a proxy server. This can be typical in large corporate networks.

Version 10.0.4 adds support for such environments.
